Omega Construction provided design assist services to construct the Yadkin Farm Bureau office, a farm and agriculture insurance provider. The project began in November 2019 and was completed in July 2020. The single story office building is wood-framed construction with an exterior made up of cultured stone, horizontal vinyl siding and vinyl shake siding within the gables. It consists of 16 offices, a large conference room, kitchen/break room, large file room, restrooms, and a six slot customer service representative desk. All finishes were selected from Farm Bureau’s interior design guide which included plastic laminate cabinets, quartz countertops, a prefinished MDF die wall customer service desk and trim, luxury vinyl tile and carpet tile.
