Omega Construction collaborated with Parkway & 17 Hotel Partners and Isom Ham Design Group to develop the WoodSpring Suites by Choice Hotels. Located at the intersection of Highway 17 and Chatham Parkway in Savannah, GA, adjacent to a bustling commercial district, the new WoodSpring Suites is a 4-story, slab-on-grade, wood-framed building featuring 98 guest rooms. The stair towers and elevator shafts are wood-framed and enclosed with 2-hour rated drywall assemblies. Each suite is designed for extended stays, featuring fully equipped kitchens and flexible workspaces. The hotel offers various amenities, including guest laundry facilities, an expanded lobby with a coffee station, free Wi-Fi, guest parking, and a 24-hour fitness center, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests.
