Design-Build

Design-Build is a project delivery system where one entity, the design-builder, contracts with an owner to provide both design and construction management-at-risk services. Design-Build has grown from 11% to 47% of the non-residential construction sector over the past 30 years. Omega Construction’s experienced team has successfully delivered hundreds of design-build projects in the private sector. These projects range from churches and hotels to complex manufacturing facilities. Omega is an industry partner in the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), the voice of the design-build industry, with a growing number of certified design-builders that implement “Best Practices” on all its design-build projects.
