The O’Reilly Auto Parts project required the construction of a new 7,000-square-foot store and the associated site work. The site scope involved clearing, grading, site utility and sediment chamber installation, concrete, and asphalt paving. The exterior elements of the building included brick veneer and EIFS with a storefront entrance on a pre-engineered metal building. The interior slab-on-grade was finished to a high FF/FL and was polished to achieve a high gloss reading.
