The Omega Construction corporate office project consisted of complete demolition and upfit of 8,500 square feet of existing office to build the new office. Omega developed the program and space plan internally, then worked with the design team to develop construction documents and work out interior finishes and furnishings. The project involved adaptation of existing building utility systems, upgrade of fire barriers to meet current codes, construction of new partitions, interior glass partitions, new finishes throughout, creative use of Caesarstone surfaces together with metals and reclaimed wood for counters and built-ins, new lighting, phone, and IT systems. These elements combine to give Omega’s corporate office a modern feel and function that showcases our ability to create new and transform existing office spaces.
