Omega Construction was excited to complete the new two-story office building within the Savannah Park of Commerce. The 28,882-square foot Class-A building houses the offices of Omega’s Savannah Division, a commercial real estate developer, and a large marketing firm’s call center with room for additional tenants on the first floor. The exterior features white brick, metal-framed storefront windows, louvered canopies, and inset brick parking complements, along with comprehensive landscaping and site work. Eco-friendly mechanical systems, state-of-the-art audio/ visual systems along with designer LED lighting packages were part of the interior scope. Well-appointed common spaces and customized interior finishes used for the kitchen spaces and full-scale office interiors accentuate the open-concept, modern floor plans of the tenant improvements. Construction was completed in 12 months and set the foundation for Omega to continue building trust in Georgia’s oldest city.
