The Crown Companies, LLC of Dobson, NC has awarded the construction of the new PetSmart store in Lexington, NC to Omega Construction of Pilot Mountain, NC. Construction is scheduled to start June 1, 2016 on Lowe’s Boulevard in Lexington, NC. The new store is an 18,000 square foot facility located on a 1.7-acre parcel.
Omega’s management team will consist of Dustin Hunter, P.E., Project Manager and Gray Gentry, Superintendent. Dustin is a Registered Professional Engineer and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Structural Design. He also attained LEED GA accreditation from the US Green Building Council. Dustin’s most recent project experience includes completion of HanesTowne Village on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem, NC.
