HARDEEVILLE, SC – Omega Construction recently completed work on the Town Center Amenity at Latitude Margaritaville in Hardeeville, SC. The project included the Fins Up Fitness Center with indoor pool, the Bar & Chill restaurant & outdoor lounge, a 500,000 gallon zero-entry pool featuring a tiki themed bridge and shade structures, band shell and promenade entertainment area and various sport courts for the residents of Latitude Margaritaville.
Executing the Owner’s and Design team’s vision provided by the firms of Thomas & Hutton, Architecture Plus International, The McBride Company and Simply Verde, Omega broke ground in late 2019 and finished work in January 2020.

To manage the magnitude and complexity of the project Omega worked in concert with a highly skilled subcontractor team and drew from its vast experience in the retail, hospitality and commercial markets to ensure the finished product exceeded the owners’ expectations.

The Latitude Amenity Center is now open to residents of Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head.
