Omega Construction, Inc. has broken ground on a new facility for the North Carolina Farm Bureau Insurance Group, Yadkinville location. This new location will serve as home base for many Yadkin County residents who are members of the Farm Bureau and replace the existing office currently located on West Cherry Street and the East Bend office located on NC Highway 67.
The new one-story 6,500 square foot space will feature sixteen offices, conference room and kitchenette for employees. Plans also include a six-station customer service reception desk to accommodate member’s transactions and needs.
Barry Hennings, President of Omega Construction, notes, “It’s a wonderful day to be here and see the culmination of the hard work that has taken place by the board and many others. Being a lifelong resident of Yadkin County, and a 35 plus year member of the Farm Bureau, I am excited to see the project come to this community. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this project.”
The North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company is a private, non-profit general farm organization that represents agricultural corporations.
