The 1,150-acre site accommodates 7.4 million square feet of industrial development buildings ranging in size from 155,000 to 1,500,000 square feet. Lowe’s Home Improvement occupies over 3 million square feet in three different buildings; Serena & Lily and Shaw Industries, 1.2 million and 1.1 million square feet, respectively. Other tenants include DeWell Group, Pacific Cycle, Geodis, and Sunland. Omega’s scope included facility construction, associated site work, on-site road work, and off-site DOT improvements.
