Omega completed the construction of Eagle Carport’s tube mill manufacturing and warehousing facility in Mount Airy, North Carolina. Eagle Carports manufactures all types of steel structures including metal carports, garages, barns, and utility buildings for residential and commercial use. The project included the construction of 60,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space for the production and distribution of steel tube framing components for carport and utility building products. Also included were 3,500 square feet of administrative and production offices, a break room, and restroom areas. The project has 100 feet, clear-span bays with a six-inch reinforced concrete floor slab, a standing-seam metal roof, metal siding with a clerestory window, and an EIFS color band on the front and rear elevations.
