Doosan Bobcat Office Renovation

The Doosan Bobcat facility is located on Glenway Drive at the intersection of Interstate 77 and Interstate 40 in Statesville, North Carolina, and was constructed in two phases. This was a bright, modern renovation of the existing two-story office area at the existing Doosan Bobcat Manufacturing facility in Statesville, North Carolina. This renovation involved demolition of a portion of the office that was isolated and implementation of a sectionalized office plan. The redesigned office showcases an open, collaborative space with sitting and standing desks, multiple conference rooms, and private meeting enclaves. A modern cafeteria with market and vending areas, vitality space, and an outdoor patio are also part of the comprehensive renovation. The phased constructed was utilized to minimalize disruptions to ongoing operations.
