Description
The church commissioned Omega Construction to build a new fellowship hall, and classroom addition to their existing structure. The project began with demolition of the old shelter and building tie-in, and subsequent excavation of the existing soil for a new building pad. Other additions include 2,100 square yards of asphalt paving, striping, and signage, along with new PVC sewer service, which was tied into the existing septic service. With an architectural shingle roof system, the structure also features masonry foundation walls, along with a three-hour fire wall.

Additional classrooms were incorporated into the construction, along with a full commercial kitchen, complete with dish washing areas. Wood millwork and trim, and a holeless telescoping shaft hydraulic passenger elevator are just some of the interior features of this multi-purpose structure. Also included were four split-system heat pump units, exhaust fans for bathrooms, and a high efficiency lighting fixture package.
