Multiple additions and renovations were made to the Daimler Trucks and Freightliner facility, encompassing approximately 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and auxiliary space for expanded truck manufacturing operations. Additions to the project include the pilot model inspection area, a logistics warehouse, a paint building, and a breakroom. Expansions occurred in the manufacturing, production line, frame rail, breakroom, paint building, off-line, dyno, and multiple parking lot areas. The project was completed while the existing truck production remained fully operational and without any lost production time for the customer. The scope of work also included a new facility for Freightliner’s affiliated company, American LaFrance.
