Omega Construction’s approach to Construction Management has resulted in numerous successfully completed projects for our Clients during our 41 year history. For the Construction Management delivery system, the Owner selects a Construction Manager early in the project to assist with the planning, budget and design processes. Having the Construction Manager on board early in the project allows Omega Construction to provide valuable input on each project’s unique challenges based on its many years of successfully completed construction projects. Omega performs a variety of services on its Construction Management projects and acts as a coordinator between the project participants to ensure the required activities are carried out as scheduled. Omega Construction is a valuable team member along with the Owner and Designers encouraging constant communication and collaboration between everyone involved to ensure every project is delivered on time and at the most economical price.
