Description
Omega was commissioned by this client to construct an entirely new facility to replace their existing one-story clubhouse, and country club building with basement. The project began with demolition of the old structures, and excavation of the 4.93 acre site for a new, two-story clubhouse, a new golf cart storage building, and tiered parking areas. The 3,000+ square feet of colored, stamped concrete patio and seating areas overlook beautiful landscaping, while functional chain link fencing was also installed on the property.

The exterior facade of the new clubhouse consisted of cast stone veneer, cementitious siding, and aluminum clad windows. The spacious interior was highlighted by suspended ceiling frame work with acoustical tile. Elegant wrought iron stair railings, a solid wood bar and top, and an inviting fireplace are just a few of the many artistic features which adorn the structure. With a full service commercial kitchen, meeting room, golf bag storage rack system, and pre-finished wood lockers, this building was constructed to meet all of the multi-functional needs of this client.

The new 4,500 square foot golf cart shed, which was also constructed on the site, consisted of wood stud wall framing, and an architectural shingle roof structure. Thermostat controlled exhaust fans were installed, along with automatic garage doors, electrical wirings, and interior lighting.
