Anatolia Tile and Stone’s newest facility continued Omega’s work within the Savannah River International Trade Park. The 1,000,000-square-foot facility utilized Omega’s fast-track construction techniques and was completed in just eight months. The two-story building has a 36-foot clear height with 70-foot speed bays along 198 dock positions. Conventional structural steel with structural columns and a joist girder configuration were utilized. The building is constructed with full-height load bearing tilt up wall panels around the perimeter, a mechanically attached TPO membrane roofing system, and a steel-fibered floor slab over an aggregate base. This state-of-the-art facility provides premier tile and stone products locally and globally and Omega is thrilled to be part of the team bringing this valuable resource to the community.
