Omega Construction has completed over 585,000 square feet for Gildan Activewear. Gildan continues to push the envelope with technology and improvements to their wholesale distribution facility and Omega has been the go-to design-build partner to assist them with their growth. The latest project was a 250,000-square-foot expansion to the existing facility housing a state-of-the-art pick module system that improves accuracy and response time for their customers. The project was completed in less than 6 months, including site preparations requiring over 100,000 cubic yards of dirt to be imported.
