Description
This project was ground up, build to suit construction with complete site work.  The project scope consisted of a grooming & bathing area, an aquatics area, pet adoption area, office space and sales area.  The building framing consisted of load bearing split face CMU, steel framing and a TPO membrane roofing system.
The site work scope included utility rerouting and a sand filter to help manage the additional surface runoff created by the development.
