OMEGA CONSTRUCTION CELEBRATES GROUNDBREAKING OF HOP ATOMICA AT HEARTWOOD’S OUTFITTERS VILLAGE IN RICHMOND HILL

Richmond Hill, GA – April 15, 2026 Omega Construction proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of a new location for Hop Atomica at Outfitters Village in the Heartwood community, located at 110 Heartwood Avenue in Richmond Hill. The ceremony, marked the official start of construction on the highly anticipated brewery, distillery and restaurant concept.

Set to open in Spring 2027, Hop Atomica will serve as a key anchor within Heartwood’s growing, walkable village environment. The project is designed to enhance the community’s vibrant, mixed-use vision, offering a dynamic destination for dining, craft beverages and social connection for both residents and visitors.

“This is exactly the kind of place we’ve always hoped to be part of,” said Mark and Tanya Barrett, owners of Hop Atomica. “We’re excited to create a space where friends can meet after work, families can gather on the weekends, and new traditions can take root right here in Richmond Hill.”

Omega Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project, bringing extensive experience in hospitality and mixed-use construction across the Southeast. The team is working in close collaboration with project partners Rayonier, Lynch Associates Architects and Pittman Engineering to deliver a high-quality, thoughtfully designed destination that aligns with the vision for Heartwood.
