Omega Construction collaborated with NorthPoint Development and Architect StudioNorth to successfully complete NC Park 4077, a 589,680-square-foot building. The site underwent significant excavation to achieve proper elevations for the building pad and road grading. Despite challenges posed by winter rain during concrete and steel erection, concrete trucks were strategically deployed on the building pad to expedite panel and slab pours, ensuring project progress.

The project’s success can be attributed to robust teamwork and effective communication among construction team members. Regular subcontractor meetings facilitated dedicated involvement from subcontractors, fostering problem-solving and expediting project milestones. Omega’s proactive approach and collaborative spirit were instrumental in overcoming challenges and ensuring project success.
