Completed in two phases of renovations, Villas by the Sea Resort and Conference Center is an oceanside community adjacent to Driftwood Beach on the beautiful Jekyll Island. It operates as a hotel and sits on 17 acres of picturesque surroundings offering one-, two-, and three-bedroom villas, available for daily, weekly, and monthly rentals. Additionally, a 7,000-square-foot conference center, full-service restaurant, pool, and other amenities are available for guests. The project included extensive property improvements, repairs, and upgrades on twenty buildings. Roof replacements, railings, lighting, landscaping, and comprehensive exterior renovations were involved in the restoration of these unique properties.
