The Lowe is a four-story mixed-use facility in Downtown Savannah that seamlessly coexists within a historic neighborhood and appeals to the varied tastes of a multi-generational target market including college students, professionals, and those seeking proximity to Savannah’s bustling downtown scene. The project included the construction of a four-story apartment building over a post-tensioned concrete podium with an elevated pool and leisure area on the upper level. Two levels of underground parking were constructed to maximize the footprint of the lot. The building offers 77 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, and 46 studio apartment options with a clubhouse, fitness center, dog wash, bicycle storage, and common areas with well-appointed amenities for residents.
