The Crossing at Doby’s Bridge is a mixed-use office and retail space that features a variety of tenants. Omega constructed the vanilla shell structures using conventional steel structures, metal and stud framing, and brick and EIFS exterior skins. This project was completed under budget and had a satisfied owner that brought Omega back to construct phase 2 of the project, which involved an expansion of the mixed-use space to accommodate more tenants for the Fort Mill community.
