The 7-Eleven in Concord, North Carolina is one of nine in Omega’s portfolio. The 4,080-square-foot convenience store includes a modern, full-service car wash and 16 convenient fueling stations. The retail space includes a walk-in beer cave for customers, as well as a merchandise storage room and office space for employees. The interior features ceramic wall tiles and polished concrete floors. Above the fueling stations is a large canopy that protects customers from the elements and provides lighting to ensure safety and security. The retail space and car wash buildings were built to match each other using a combination of fiber cement panels and brick. This new store and fueling facility are a perfect place to stop on a long road trip or on a daily commute to refuel and purchase refreshments.
